1. Call and we will help you prepare for the inspection and let you know what to expect.
2. A Certified Inspector will call prior to coming to the property to be inspected.
3. The Inspector upon arriving will do a visual inspection of the property to make sure that the property meets requirements. If the inspector sees something that is in need of repair they will advise you on what steps to take before they begin the inspection.
4. After the visual inspection the inspector will prep and test areas in the property.
5. The test is then mailed out to a NLLAP local accredited testing lab where the samples are measured and record.
6. The results are reviewed and confirmed by members of our team who will email you your results along with Lead Safe Certificate, Lab Results any documents required for Code Office.

Note: If you fail the test we will send you the results and advise you on what steps to take next.
